Theme problem after upgrade to 2.0.2

Hi

I just upgraded from 1.5 to 2.0.2 using cPanel and having followed upgrade instructions carefully.

In 1.5, I had modified the CSS and Kubrick default, which I have uploaded to server, but Themes manager is not recognising them??

I could back and restore all as I did save them… but now I’ve got this far… seems a bit of a waste. But, I do need to get the site back up as was with nav links, Google AdSense and personalised header in hearder.php and sidebar modifications.

Anyone got any advice? Would be very much appreciated.
