• When I add a custom header to the Pytheas template, I get an additional blank header on the front end. It’s driving me crazy as I don’t know how to get rid of it. The url for the site is https://www.worklifecareers.com/.

    You will see the additional header space. Thanks for any insight you can provide.

  • When you add a negative margin to your header <div>, what happens?

    margin-top: -100px;

    please also contact the theme’s developer for support.

    your theme is not freely available (the download is behind a member login) and is therefore not supported by this forum.

    I would love to know if this was resolved. My site was looking great, then encountetred the same problem. Driving me up the wall!

    Twopenz, we like your page.
    How did you manage to get five columns for your services?

    Hi,

    I’m using wordpres 3.6 with Pytheas Theme. When i open my website, https://www.rierah.es , with Firefox the slider and menu arrows and the search icon of the homepage are not visibles and I see a code instead…

    When i click in any link, everything works fine and i can come back to the homepage and it works.

    I dont have this problem with Chrome, Safari and Explorer.

    Any suggestions of how can I fix it?

    Thanks.
    Josep

    Have you considered switching to a theme that is distributed on www.ads-software.com https://www.ads-software.com/themes/ ? Those are the themes we support.

    @pepitu01 – BTW, duplicate posts are deleted on these forums.

    No, but i will consider it in the nexts websites i will make.

    I got a free version and support is not included.. I was wondering if somebody could help me as it looks like a really silly bug.

    I’m sorry if this is not the right forum. Do you have any suggestions of another forum where i can ask for help?

    Thank you,
    Josep

    @pepitu01

    I don’t see any of the problems in Firefox;

    have you tried to clear the browser cache?
    (‘CTRL F5’ or ‘reload’)

    for further support, you will need to contact the theme’s developer….

    I have the same problem is the author of this post,
    would be nice if someone would know the answer!

    Not likely, as these forums only support themes from here:

    https://www.ads-software.com/themes/

    If the developer of the theme is not providing support, perhaps you should consider using another theme?

    Yea I understand, the thing is, I’ve come across this problem in some other themes as well. Problem is that I can’t find those.

    Thanks anyway..
