Theme Recommendations for Recipe and Nutrition Website

I just started using this plugin. I know this may not be related to the topic of the plugin itself.
I am looking for a simple, lightweight, open source, free theme that I can use. The theme should be compatible with this plugin.
What does everyone else use? I need something that renders on mobile devices quite nicely. Something that I can easily customize etc.
