[Theme: Response] Javascript Error when Activating RESPONSE theme

With WP 3.2.1, we just had the new ‘Response theme’ (latest 1.0.6 version ) added. The same moment a java script error on admin pages appear :
Error: $(“#menu-appearance”).pointer is not a function

Line: 380With this, the admin is unable to have the pointer menu access, the insert image pop ups etc.
Please could you let us know , what to be done, to get rid of this error?
