Responsive theme Website looks fine in Chrome, but not on Firefox or IE

    I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out why my site looks great in chrome, but in firefox and IE two of the bottom images are larger than normal.

    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
    P.S. I validated the code and had 1 error, but its not associated with the code related to the images.
