[Theme: Saga] Reinstall didn't work to fix

I screwed up my new theme Sahagin which is a child of Saga.

The header image is suppose to display on each page, but doesn’t. I deleted the both parent and child then reinstalled them, but it didn’t work, still no header image.

Does anyone know why a full reinstall wouldn’t fix this? Or another solution that might work?
