[Theme: Science Lab] Remove White Space At Top

I’m not much of a CSS wiz… editing my site and have been using Firefox Inspector to figure out my CSS tweaks. But I can’t figure out how to minimize the huge white space at the top of my page. Can someone point me in the right direction? I want the white strip, but I want to reduce the height of that area significantly.
