Theme selected, title given, now can't access

Two days ago I selected the theme “My Life” and gave it the title of ‘Creations of the Mind’. When I try to open it, I’m told it is private.
Seems I didn’t enter my email address at the time – because I was looking for a different theme for another blog. What can I do?
