Theme settings are not saved

    I have a multisite with theme Responsive and Elementor Page Builder. Since a couple of weeks it is impossible to save text which are written on the startpage in theme settings. I have logged in as a super administrator and earlier it was no problem to save text changes in the startpage in theme settings. May be the problem appeared when I updated the theme, but I am not sure. Any suggestions of what has happened?

    Hi,

    We have fixed theme options not getting saved issue and released it
    Issue was with chrome browser.
    Please let me know if it is working for you

    Hi and thank you for the answer.

    I have just tried again and it seems to work in Firefox, but not in Chrome, Egde or IE11.

    In which version of theme Responsive is the issue fixed? We have the version 2.0. There is no later version to install.

    I have now updated theme Responsive to 2.1 and I can now save changes in theme settings in IE11 and Firefox, but not in Edge and Chrome.

    I have now tested many times in Edge, IE, Chrome and Firefox, and sometimes (one time out of ten) I succeed to save changes in Theme settings and sometimes not. There must still be a bug in theme Responsive 2.1.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
    We have resolved the issue in the Responsive theme’s version 2.1

    We may need more details of your site and probably admin details to check the issue, as we are not able to replicate it now.
