The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue. Does Twenty Seventeen work?

I changed back to the Theme Twenty Seventeen with what seem like the same results.

Try deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).

With the help of support from ICDsoft, the problem is solved.
“You have installed WordPress in the cgi-bin folder, and this is causing the problem. This is a special folder, and you can’t serve static content from it, such as images and CSS files. We recommend that you delete the current installation and install WordPress in another directory on the account if you haven’t done more work on the WordPress site.”

So I followed their instructions and now things are working like they should.

    Thanks for your responses!!
BTW, ICDsoft has been my host for many years and day or night they solve issues I have and usually in less than twenty minutes.

I have installed Shapely theme on my website, jenyoakumatsymmetry.com. However, although the customize button shows editing changes, when Save and Publish is clicked, the old site comes up.

Side note to @aquafoil, if the troubleshooting already posted made no difference for you, then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic.
