Theme side bar post-installation problem

Hi,

I have my blog setup using wordpress. I recently upgraded it to latest version of wordpress. Somehow, the sidebar in any theme I choose, seems not display in the right place. It displays in the bottom. How can I rectify this problem ? You can visit it to understand what i am talking about.

I have also used the default settings for theme and still it does not work. Thanks for any help!
