[Theme: Simple Catch] Post Navigation on Home Page

How do I change the number of posts that appear on the home page of my website if it has the SimpleCatch theme? Every time I add a post, the home page becomes longer and longer, and I’d rather have a Page 2 of posts like the SimpleCatch Demo: https://catchthemes.com/demo/simplecatch/

If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the demo, you see “Page 1 of 2” and buttons that allow you to navigate. How can I have those post navigation options on my website?
