Theme slider & netgen gallery not working?

Hello,

Does anyone know what’s wrong with my site?

All of a sudden the slider and the NextGen slide show are not working. I can’t be a conflicting plugin because I’ve used the same ones for a while….

Please help, it’s been like this for a week.
