Theme Sniffer script not working

    I use Theme sniffer plugin and i fix an error manually. Now i use “PHPCBF CAN FIX THE 16 MARKED SNIFF VIOLATIONS AUTOMATICALLY” they revert my all changes how can i fix that error automatically by script.
