Hello everyone, hope is the right category i’m writing in.

I’m using WordPress and running the Spun Theme for my site and i have customized it.

Before we start, here’s the link to the site:
    https://vg13.ch/home/

I’m formatting texts and images in pages using tables (the only way i found to have a proper and centered visualization of the content). To center the content perfectly on the page (image on the left, text on the right) i also had to fix the table layout (table-layout: fixed;) in the style.css, to grant a 50/50 distribution regardless of the content.

The trouble is in the mobile version of the site. Since the table layout is fixed, the result is not satisfying since the two columns shrink the content and end up with a long and think column with the text in it.

My question is: is it possible to ignore the table layout in the mobile version, having just texts and images extracted from the table?

Or, in alternative: is it possible to have two different table layouts, one for web and one for mobile?

I would appreciate a code solution, but also a plug-in (as long as is not an expensive one) can be helpful and appreciated. Please note that i am not extremely confident with coding.

Thank you all for your help.
