[Theme: Starkers-Master} Theme too zoomed in on mobile device

I use the Starkers-Master theme for my website and I’m not really interested in a mobile optimized theme for my site at the moment but I would like my theme’s width to match the width of the device someone is on.

For some reason when you view my website on a mobile device it is incredibly zoomed in and I can’t really seem to figure out why or the code I need to use to change it.
