    Hello,

I’m having some trouble with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. It seems to break the navigation bar on my website quite often. It’s random, too. For example, this page: https://gematsu.com/tag/media-create-sales

    It should look like this:

    View post on imgur.com

But sometimes it loads like this:

    View post on imgur.com

And it happens to a lot of other pages.

You can probably replicate it for yourself by refreshing the page a few times.

Also, I use the Any Mobile Theme Switcher Pro plugin to deliver a different theme for the mobile version of my website, and after activating LiteSpeed Cache, the mobile site will often deliver the desktop theme rather than the mobile theme. How can I fix this?

Here is my environment report number: WQVVDFBP

    Thanks for all your help!

  • Hi @salromano, we’re not really able to reproduce the first issue, can you provide the details septs (e.g. which button you click or just keep refreshing the page few times) to reproduce the issue?

For the second issue, may we know the theme name for checking?

You also can join our Slack channel or submit a ticket here for passing us the details.

Just click around different pages of the website, or keep refreshing any page, you’ll encounter it eventually.

As for the second issue, both the main theme and mobile theme are custom-made.

Hi @salromano, we find the first issue not occurred on Chrome but on Safari, it seems the javascript loaded before the style.

Can you try to turn off

LiteSpeed Cache > Setting > Optimize > JS Minify & JS Combine

and check if the bug still happening. Then we will do further investigation.

For the second issue, we are checking with Any Mobile Theme Switcher plugin, I’ll get back to you if have any update.

I have gone ahead and disabled those settings. I will report back if there are any errors.
