Theme style preventing field name from showing

Hello,
First, thanks for creating this useful plugin.
We have a problem in our test website where the field name that we added (Phone) is not showing on the screen.

I assume it is related to the theme, Tempera.
BTW, the url field is hidden via CSS.Many thanks in advanced.
