Theme style.php not loading

Hi,
I’m trying to bring a site live from my local machine to our myhosting account but I’m running into problems with my ‘Creativix’ theme. It isn’t loading on my site. I just get text, images and links. No style, no css. Other themes load fine.
Using W3C CSS Validator and Firebug it looks like I’m getting an ‘internal server’ error when it tries to load style.php. You can see the error here: https://jpma.myhosting.info/WP_JPMA_2/wp-content/themes/wp-creativix/style.php
