    Hello,

I am relatively new to making websites and using WordPress. I have encountered an issue on my wordpress website that is using the twentytwentyfour theme. One of my pages is not using the selected template. The header and footer are not visible on this page, and it appears to be using a completely different template.

I have selected the correct template for this page in the WordPress page settings and have tried different templates, but this page continues to display incorrectly. The page in question is: What can I do to resolve this issue?

Which template SHOULD be in use for this page?

Check for any plugins in use that might be impacting the display (optimization or cache plugins)

This is the list of classes I see for the body tag of the page….is this list incorrect?

    • page-template
    • page-template-wp-custom-template-appliance
    • page page-id-199
    • wp-custom-logo
    • wp-embed-responsive

    Hello,

Thank you for your quick response. On the WordPress dashboard, I navigated to Pages and selected this page. I set the page to use the template “page no title.” I also created a custom template and tried to load it. However, an unknown template is being loaded instead, without my header and website footer.

When I open the page editor for, the page appears differently, and I am unable to make any changes using the editor.

This is what i see when opening the editor of this page:

This is what the page is actually showing:

This issue only occurs with this specific page.

Found out the EED plugin is causing this issue, if i deactive this the page is functioning. The problem is i cannot use my webshop without this plugin because it connects to my wholesaler. Is there any way to force it to use my template?
