Page isn't full width

I just built a website using the tutorial on tyler.com, I finished the home page a few days ago and have been working on other pages since. Today I logged in and the home page, and a few of the other pages that had the background image set as full width aren’t displayed as full width, rather just as default width with no side bar.

However I the layouts are still set to full width as are the rows using pagebuilder. Has anyone had the same problem happen?
