Theme that allows comments on secondary page?

I’ve added an additional page on one topic that I’d like to generate ongoing comments to. I’ve checked the “allow comments” box when setting up the page, but I’ve been told by someone that only certain themes are build to allow this.

Any one know of any themes that do?
(Or another way around this?) Thanks!
