Theme the prettify output.

There are several good themes on the Internet for prettify, like this gallery on github: https://jmblog.github.com/color-themes-for-google-code-prettify/

On that gallery page, it says “download the css, rename to prettify.css and overwrite the original one shipped with prettify.js”. However, there is no prettify.css in WP-Markdown. How should I apply a code coloring theme to the prettify.js embedded in WP-Markdown?
