• Hoping a genius can come to my aid here.

    I’m using the Themia Lite Theme on my site, but want to remove the SideBar and centralise the main block of text.

    Can anyone advise how best to do this at all?

    I’ve tried setting the page template to full width, but this seemingly has no effect at all.

    Hope someone can help,

    Any advice most appreciated,

    Thanks

    Hiya!

    I’d be hoping to remove the sidebar probably from the entire site if possible!

    Thanks

    general:

    go through all template files, and where you find it, remove:

    <div class="grid_15 alpha">

    and remove:

    </div>
         <?php get_sidebar(); ?>

    this seems to be all.

    Brilliant! Thanks for that!

    Thats what I thought too, but removing those lines didnt seem to work – then I realised the permissions were wrong!

    All sorted now – thanks!

    Just a related question. How can I change the blog content and sidebar width? The current layout looks absurd as the blog posts are taking up only half of the screen width. I need to reduce width of sidebar and increase the width for blog content. Can someone please show where to change it?
