Missing themes and theme thumbnails in v3.0

None of the thumbnails for the various included rotator themes are displayed on the edit/add admin page, because the path is incorrect. It is looking for plugins/testimonial-rotator/templates/<theme_name>/icon.png but the images are in plugins/testimonial-rotator/images.

Also, only the images for the default and longform themes are present, and if any other themes is selected, on the site it displays “The template: <theme_name> could be found”. I assume that should read “…not be found.”
