Theme Title Collapsing in Appearance Themes Dashboard Section

I wanted to unload an image because its easier to see this issue then to understand it in text… Unfortunately, I don’t have the images hosted in a way that allows me to provide a url and image uploads are disabled.

That being said I will do my best to describe my situation. I have a custom theme that I’m developing and when I activate it in Appearance -> Themes, within the WordPress Dashboard, the grey semi-transparent background behind the themes title seems to collapse. My assumption is its positioned using relative or absolute styles and for some reason those values are changing or being lost. Alternatively, is may be losing padding or margin. Again, I wish I could show pictures or code but given that I don’t have that ability this is the best I can do.

Has anyone encountered this issue and found a fix?
