[Theme: Twenty Eleven] No Title and Description; CSS-only Header Image

Any guidance will be appreciated. I just want:
1. To use twentyeleven as the parent theme
2. To create a child theme where:
a. The Title, Description and Search are removed from “hgroup”; and
b. The Header image can be set only through CSS.
