[Theme: Twenty Fourteen] IE local intranet renders mobile version

    I built an intranet site at work but I noticed that mobile layout is shown by internet explorer.

    If you use Internet Explorer and the site is in “Local intranet” it automatically renders the mobile version.

    Anyone who knows how to fix it?

    It is easy to reproduce, just use IE and set the site as “Local intranet”

    Found a solution,

    Added
    <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" />
    in header.php
