Um, what is a custom CSS plugin? Sorry, I’m a complete noob to WordPress. And still a general noob to web development.

download the activate. On the menu under appearance you will see custom css pop up. Then add the code I provided above and you should get the look of the picture I sent to you.

Can I also use the custom css plugin to change the color of the left sidebar (currently black) and the main page content area (currently white)? Your advice is much appreciated!
