[Theme: Twenty Fourteen] Remove web-fonts / .eot files

I’m trying to improve the speed of my site and noticed it’s taking a lot of time loading web-fonts/.eot files

I want to replace them with a clean minimal woff from font combiner. Can someone let me know the best way of doing this?
