[Theme: Twenty Fourteen] Scaling menu issue

I’m requesting your help, it’s been weeks and weeks I’m working on this website :

So it’s almost done, but I found two bugs I’m working on them for hours, days, nights..

My problem is about the menu, that never stop moving when the width is changing.
It don’t do this with the logo, but with the menu and facebook button, it’s never stop moving, and it’s annoying a lot.

I added to the logo a margin: 0 auto; and it stopped moving, whenever the width is changing. I’m trying to add the same code to the menu, but nothing, it’s just don’t stop moving.

I’m using a child theme of wordpress twenty fourteen.

This way, I’m requesting the help of the community !

PS: site in hebrew, and RTL is set up.
