[Theme: Twenty Sixteen] Recommended header size

    When I try to customize header image in the admin panel it recommends a header size for the theme. Where does the “recommended header size” of 1200×280 come from for this theme? How can I change them ?
    I’ve given a look at the functions.php but I am not able to get info about that size limit. Any hint please ?

    I’ve got it. Header size is set in inc/customizer.php file, twentysixteen_custom_header_and_background() function.

    Where can I locate this
    inc/customizer.php file
    twentysixteen_custom_header_and_background()function.
    My own have a height of 900pix and I want to reduce it
