Wondering how much of a nightmare it would be to accomplish this? Playing around with Twenty Thirteen theme and would like to have “home” tab permanently highlighted as in:

Theme settings highlight tabs when moused over:

Is this worth trying to accomplish? Any advice would be appreciated as far as adjusting code, thanks!
