{Theme: Twenty Twelve} Changing "Leave a reply" font colour and size

    Currently working on this blog: https://www.simmonsonstyle.com

    I am looking to change the size and colour of the “Leave a Reply” at the bottom of each post so that it stands out more, but the only way I have found to change it also changes the colour of the Category and Tags below in the footer. Is there anyway to do this change without also changing those?

    (I have set up the blog as a child theme, no worries there).
