[Theme: Twenty Twelve] Disappointed!!!!!

  • We have waited and waited and waited for 2012!
    Obviously we expected something extraordinary,
    like for instance the possibility to add your
    own logo in an easy way, and other features.
    But what do we get? Just a simple basic blog! ??
    A nice font and a front page template isn’t
    even close……I am still in shock!

  • Thanks zeaks, I have read Rev Voodoos articles and yours too. I guess somewhere I had it in my head the the rem values were necessary for responsive layout. Knowing I can change to px or ems in child is very good news. Thank you.

    @susannetamir, I added the footer widegets (3) through the functions.php, didn’t even think of looking in side-bar-front

    Just to be clear here, I AM NOT disappointed in twenty twelve, yes I need to figure a few things out but I like it a lot.
    What I don’t like I will try to find a way to change. Maybe it will work and maybe it won’t, but that’s the fault of my lack of skill not the theme.

    I also really like Twenty Ten and have several sites running on a child theme with it.
    I never used Twenty Eleven at all.
