So I am a total beginner, and created my site fbpublishinghouse.com about 7 or 8 months ago. I used the Default Template under Page Attributes for several of my pages. On those pages I somehow made it without any “blog entry” field at the bottom of the page.

Now I have added several more pages, and using the same Default Template, the blog area shows up and I can’t figure out how to get rid of it….. I want it to look like a static page, and have no end-user interaction capability.

Why is it one way on some pages, and different on the others? Did I figure out a way to delete the blog entry on each page??? I just can’t remember-figure it out.

Watch the videos on how to use wordpress – The answer is there

In edit page mode pull down “screen options” check both comments and discussion. go to the bottom of the page and uncheck the boxes in the discussion box. Viola
