[Theme Tyger] 100% Height in blank page

Hi,

I am using Tyger WP theme for my client. I stuck up in a blank page where the page scrolls without any content. I want sticky footer which will stick to the footer area until there is page blank. Footer will go down, If the page filled with content. Please guide me.
