Theme Update

  • Hi! Our website is displaying code instead of the actual product tiles. I’ve troubleshooted and found that the theme is causing the issue on the store page. I’ve tried restoring it to the original settings, but I’m having trouble. Could someone help me resolve this?

    I understand you’re having an issue with your store displaying code instead of the actual product tiles.

    Looking at the site, I was able to notice that you are using a page builder as seen on this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/EPvx7q.jpg

    As the page builder is a third-party plugin, I would recommend reaching out to their support team for further assistance.

    I’ve tried restoring it to the original settings, but I’m having trouble.

    In order to restore to the theme’s default settings, please disable the page builders and this should revert to the default settings. If that does not work, try switching to a different theme like Twenty Twenty-Four, then switch back to Storefront. This should automatically apply the default settings to the theme.
