    Hello @digitaleffex

Looks like a similar issue to the one you posted for Sento.

Please can you confirm, does the issue only happen when the child theme is activated or does it also happen when the parent theme (Renden) is activated?

If you like we’d be happy to login to your site to test the issue. If you’d like us to do this please can you contact us from https://www.thinkupthemes.com/contact with login details. Do not send login details here as this is a public forum post.

    Kind regards

I tried contacting through there but when I log in it only takes me to my dashboard. How do I send you the login info. It’s only when I’m using child theme.

As mentioned above please contact us from https://www.thinkupthemes.com/contact. There’s no need for you to login over at our website given you’re not a Pro member.

    Kind regards.

I’ve sent both WP login credentials to both sites (designeffex.net and moltobeneonline.net via the contact form at the bottom of that page. Please do not make any changes until I verify. Thank you!

Please respond with an update. I cannot update these themes without my sites breaking. Should I just leave the themes in the old version? I’m worried about malware getting into the old versions. PLEASE respond.
