Theme update caused loss of menus

I upgraded the Suffusion theme from 3.3.6 to 3.6.6, and in the process the menu tabs for my Pages across the top were removed and the menus in the right and left sidebars were removed. I think that the content for my Pages is still available, but I do I get it installed into tab links at the top? And how do I return to specific menus to the right and left side bars? There must be some way to restore these. I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks.
