Theme update : Download fail : Error

Everytime, I would try to update to WordPress 4.0, I get this message:
Downloading update from https://www.ads-software.com/wordpress-4.0-new-bundled.zip…
Download failed.: error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: /usr/local/share/certs/ca-root-nss.crt CApath: none
Installation Failed

I can’t install any other themes either. It gives me the same error message:
