Theme updates not showing up…

    I made some changes to a template and everything is showing up except some critical functions in two browsers only (Chrome and Safari on a mac). The weird thing is I’ve set up the same template in a fresh wordpress install in a different directory and it works in all browsers. I’ve reset safari. I’ve deactivated and reactivated the theme. Please help!
