Navigation problem with theme

  • So the website’s top menu suddenly stopped working and I don’t know why.

    It’s only top navigation menu area (footer menu works fine) and only out of /blog page because on that page it works.

    The problem is that everythings look good until I try to click on menu item. I can click but nothing happens.

    Anyone knows or had the same problem?

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Huh. The commercial author says “Hands-on support for this item is not currently provided by ThemeBucket.” and frankly that’s unacceptable.

    Unfortunately we don’t have access to that theme (and don’t want access, truth be told). I suggest you contact the author anyway and see if there’s a problem with your theme or not.
