    Hi,

    I am new to wordpress and currently using Virtue free theme.
    Currently I am facing a problem in the mobile site, whenever I go to my website via Iphone, the screen will ask me choose mobile version or desktop version.
    Can I force the theme to set only one version?
    Else it is not convenient for the user view my website.
    Or I need to purchase the premium theme to enjoy the mobile responsive?

  • That shouldn’t be happening. The theme is built responsively so it doesn’t need to load two versions of your site.

    Sounds like you have a plugin that is adding this. I would suggest deactivating your plugins one by one to check.

    I believe I have the same problem.

    When I open my site with iphone it loads the mobile version that doesn’t even look like the desktop version.

    When I scroll to bottom, I have the option to switch to “Full site” and it says “Powered by WordPress”. I’m wondering what am I doing wrong.

    You have jetpacks mobile theme activated on your site. Just deactivate.

    slawek1975, Please post a link with support. Make sure you have tried deactivating your plugins.

    Hotdoog,
    Looks like you still have a plugin that is causing this. Are you using jetpack? If so try deactivating that or at least ensure the mobile theme is off in jetpacks settings.
