[Theme: Virtue] Show recent posts in 3 column ?

Hello !

I try to design and customize my home page. Here : https://couteaux-et-tirebouchons.com/

I would like to know if there is an easy way to customize the way the recent post appear on the page.

I would like to show my recent posts in 3 columns instead of 2.
I would also like to have the featured image above the title and excerpt if that’s possible.
To have a precise idea of what I what, take a look at this page : https://vanelja.com/english/ (the 3 posts under the Cinnamon waffle image)

Any idea how I could do that ? I tried looking for a plugin but I didn’t found anything good :(.
