Theme& website content disappeared after installing plugins and templets

    Hello,
    I creat a website in WordPress with helping in woo commerce , its almost done! , but the problem started after i install some plugins and in mistake i think i install a templet !!! After that all my content has gone!!
    I found the them that i installed but it wasn’t activated because my original them is activated but my content has swept with that new them content!!!!! I deleted this new them and i tried switching between themes but i cant get back my content!! Please help please!

  • You will need to get in touch with your host, explaining to them what happened, to see if they have a backup of your site that they can help you restore to.

    You might have created a new post type that can’t be accessed by your current theme or plugins. The information is probably still in your database but the post type is no longer being supported. Without knowing what themes and plugins you have changed it difficult to say. An example of a custom post type would be the products in your woo-commerce plugin. If you disable the woo-commerce plugin all your products will seem to disappear. When you reenable it again they will show up. My guess is your theme or one of your plugins created a new post type which is no longer enabled.

    ?????? thank you very much ???????????? I opened my site ground > websites > site tool > security > backups > chose the date want to restore > click on the three dots a pop-up window will appear > restore all files and database > refresh the website and everything will back ???????????????????????? thankyou!
