theme will no upload

  • I just bought the 456 sailing theme on themeforest… I downloaded the files and tried to upload the zip numerous times to only find that once the upload gets to 99% the screen turns white and says “are you sure you want to do this? and a single text link that says Please retry….

    HELP what am i doing wrong

    Did you download the installable WordPress file only or the whole zip from TF? The default is the whole folder – which won’t work.

    Go back to TF and go to downloads for the theme > select download installable WordPress file only. (Or you can unzip the file you downloaded and locate the theme file within that.)
