Theme with costomizable photo in header?

  • I’m looking for a theme with these charateristics:

    (1) header that has a place for (a) our logo and (b) a slot where I can easily drop a recent photo (this will change about weekly to update progress on a project

    (2) light colors

    (3) clean design

    (4) two-column with wide main column, smallish sidebar

    I’ve been searching for days and can’t find just the right fit. Any ideas?
