Theme with menu both in footer and header

  • I am looking for a responsive portfolio theme where you have the main navigation menu in the footer. A bit like this: https://www.warffemius.info/.
    But there should also be the possibility to have this menu in the traditional position, above the content area. In both situations the menus should be styled the same. This should be accomplished without coding, just through an option in the theme admin.
    It is for a company with two sites. Both sites should have the same general layout, one with the menu below, the other with the menu on top.
    Premium themes are allowed.
