Theme With Mix of Posts and Hyperlinks

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me track down a theme that is a mix of traditional WordPress where clicking a link on the home page pages opens a post AND Digg-like where clicking other links on the home page takes you to another site for a story.

I could have it custom developed, but was hoping there was at least a starting point out there. ??
